I start with -Cherry Tomatoes -White Onion -White Cap Mushrooms -Sharp Cheddar Cheese -Monterey Jack Cheese -Flour -Olive oil
After thinly slicing the mushrooms, dicing the onions and cubing the tomato, I sautéd my vegetables until they were soft and golden.
While my vegetables were cooking I place my two cheese on an open tortilla. Focusing the cheer to one side, than baking it for 10 minutes.
I added my cooked and fresh vegetables and folded.
I enjoyed this quesadilla with sour cream and a chipotle tabasco mixed with sour cream.
